Hi I’m Mchappy2. I’m representing CPU (Club Penguin Union) for this council. I will help out small armies to become more popular and to have more rights! I have nothing much to say now just hi. I will make many meetings as well. I will also try my hardest to help more big armies. We need to bring back the Golden Ages for armies! I know we will be able to do this.

Hello people this is the first post and grand openning of The Club Penguin Goverment. All of the Council’s out there will give us ideas and Bills to pass. But we will let the people vote too. But leaders you can still vote. The goverment is just passing bills and stuff. We have the most important job! We kinda like own Club Penguin, but we don’t. We just make laws like the Goverment. If anyone passes a bill and it is not from the Goverment it will not count as anything. All the bills you passed in the past do not count anymore until we make the bill again. Also, by leaders there have you be 10 Leaders and 50 City People or more to pass a bill. If you are in an army and you are just a member of the army (not the leader) then you are the City Person. There will be meetings for all the leaders in every army for ideas and stuff. The goverment’s HQ is at Mammoth. Only 1 Bill is the same it is the Mammoth Possession Bill.

The Mammoth Possession Bill

This bill hereby gives the Club Penguin Army Council possession of the neutral server Mammoth. The Council and Goverment will have the authority to schedule battles, recruiting, invasions, etc. while making the server neutral and available for use by all Council armies . This bill also assures that Mammoth is neutral.
